Join Julia three mornings a week for a high energy/de-stressing breath work practice, plus hips/core flow most mornings.
Kundalini is a way to expedite the process of feeling energized and excited during the duller winter months. It’s a practice to help manifest wonderment and happiness. Breath is the first thing we learn
the moment we arrive – it is an overlooked practice when it comes to healing and feeling good in all ways. There are specific practices or “kriyas” to help unblock specific areas of the body.
*This Workshop series is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or with serious spinal injuries such as a herniated disc or a slipped disc.

Move your body and dance off the stress of the month to a variety of music in a safe, accepting and inclusive community. Following the dance everyone is invited to a social at Backcountry Brewery across the street! Those who attend the social will be entered into a draw for a free swag giveaway provided by Backcountry Brewery!
Conscious Dance is a journey of self-discovery through music, dance and movement. It’s used for stress release, exercise, personal exploration and expression, meditation, empowerment, strengthening intuition, and having fun! There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. It’s about moving your body in any way you feel compelled too move. There is a brief ritual check-in circle to start the dance session before the music begins. A variety of music is played throughout the hour, however it follows an outline beginning with slow rhythms to ease people into their bodies. The music builds in intensity to its peak and then slows down to silence. After the music stops there is a ritual check-out to close the group. // Have a blast and please respect yourself, the people and the space.
