  • $45 for individual sessions

Wisdom of the Middle – Wheel Pose

Practice will include cross referencing of the two hemispheres of the body & the tides of the breath as a way to prepare, play and safely explore variations of wheel pose. Variations will be offered for all bodies.

Workshop will close with a meditation on the 10 vital winds (vayus) as they relate to the refinement of pratyahara (sense-withdrawal) & a quiet mind.

Peaceful Awakening

An evening practice dedicated to the vitality of breath (pranayama), happy hips, therapeutic movement & the ancient art of sitting still.

This session is inspired by the ancient tradition of simply sitting and a love for the deep calm which emerges when we unplug and centre down into the mystery of being. Includes hatha yoga postures, meditation, breath work & relaxation.

A Balancing Act

Practice will begin as a dialogue with the architecture of the feet, opening into the space of the pelvis and the stability which unfolds through standing balance play. Expect to feel anchored, connected and light from the ground up. Building from the earth, we will elongate through the spine and widen through the space of the lungs and shoulders. Inversion variations will be offered with lots of options for all bodies to breathe and feel welcome.

Long closing sequence to support wholeness, ease, inner quiet & letting go.

Conscious Breath sessions with Zachary Koop - POSTPONED

Breathwork is one of the most powerful modalities for creating balance and harmony in all systems of the body. It helps restore equilibrium between the body, mind, emotions and Spirit. Our breathing pattern impacts the nervous system, which in turn impacts our endocrine system,
changing our blood chemistry and organ function. Breathwork has the capacity to release unprocessed emotion, trauma, and improve focus, creativity, and clarity. How we breath is how we think and feel.

Zac is a clinical breathwork facilitator who empowers people by connecting them with the wisdom of their breath and body. In each session Zac will guide participants through a Qigong movement series, a breathing demonstration, and an hour of Conscious Breathwork with time to integrate and share at the end of our evening.

$50 in advance // $60 day-of

Participants may want to bring water, comfortable clothes, blanket, pillow, eye mask (if desired).

A Soft Place to Land - Shamanic Soul Healing, Ceremonial Cacao, Sacred Sound.

May 18th 7pm-10pm

We all need a soft place to land right? A sanctuary in which we can slow down, rest and digest, and reorient ourselves back to the richness of the present moment, and the rhythm of Mama Earth. A place where we can let go of the demands and pressures of fast-paced, high-speed, on-demand living.

Our evening will begin with the sharing of ceremonial Cacao to support us in letting go into the soft landing place of our hearts. As we sink into the healing soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, steel tongue drums, and soul song transmission, each person will receive a shamanic healing, energy cleanse and flower blessing. This will allow us to release heaviness and return to a sweeter, more refined state, creating space for a renewed relationship with our Soul.

Join us for a unique experience and a beautiful way to reattune to love, bring compassion to what needs our attention, and open our hearts and vision to our higher selves.

Arrive 6:45pm to settle in Ceremony starts at 7:00pm
Finish: 10:00pm
